(Jan. 19, 2022, JACKSON, Wyo.) – Bank of Jackson Hole (BoJH) is pleased to announce Dawn Pruett will be taking on the role as president of BoJH upon Jim Ryan’s retirement in April 2022. Pruett, who has been with BoJH since 2015, brings 22 years of banking experience to her new role. “We are pleased to have Dawn take the reins of BoJH,” stated BoJH CEO Pete Lawton. “She is the right person for the job, and we are looking forward to her leadership, vision and commitment to our staff and community,” Lawton added.

Pruett noted, “I am humbled, honored and excited to serve in this new role. I am committed to building a diverse culture possessive of core values such as teamwork, grit, compassion and integrity. I am passionate about leading my colleagues, clients and community through transparency, inclusivity and a hands-on approach to banking and business.”

Pruett’s financial career started at American National Bank in 1999. When Rocky Mountain Bank acquired American National, she worked for that institution until 2005. She has held a variety of roles throughout her career, with a specialty in residential lending and executive management. She is a self-designated lifelong learner who holds a degree from the University of Wyoming and is currently enrolled in the Wharton Partnership | ABA Stonier Graduate School of Banking at the University of Pennsylvania.

Pruett is philanthropically minded and donates her time to Habitat for Humanity and Community Safety Network, both organizations where she sits on the board of directors.
