¹ Mortgage rate discounts are available to Private Clients at the time of application (for co-bor-rowers, at least one applicant must be a Private Client). Mortgage rate discount may not be eligible on special credit programs offered by the Bank including, but not limited to, down payment assistance programs, bond programs, etc. Loans are subject to credit approval. This rate discount cannot be combined with other offers.

² Third party fee reduction is available to Private Clients whose applications are approved for a Primary Residence Home Equity Line of Credit (applies to new purchase or re-financed loan). This reduction will not exceed the amount of the third party fees. This fee reduction cannot be combined with other offers. Loans are subject to credit approval. The Private rate reduction is in addition to the current 6 month rate reduction and will last the life of the loan. Rate reductions do not apply to jumbo home equity lines of credit. This rate discount cannot be combined with other offers.
