Use Google Pay® on your phone to pay at millions of retailers online. Feel safer knowing that your card number is not being transmitted, meaning your account stays more secure, and your debit card stays in your wallet.2

Use the Samsung Pay® app on your phone or smartwatch at millions of places, even online. With the ability to lockdown via fingerprint authentication, it’s safer than using your physical card. Utilize Samsung Rewards to earn points.3

Once you add your card, you can use it any where Apple Pay®, Google Pay® or Samsung Pay® is accepted.

Control Your Debit Card

Our Card Controls tool allows you to control your debit card right from our Mobile App. Card Controls let you temporarily lock your card if it’s lost or stolen and includes more features like:

  • Location Controls: Designate up to three geographic areas where your card can be used or block international transactions.
  • Transaction Types: Disable certain types of transactions you use less often to help protect against fraud.
  • Merchant Types: Permit or restrict your card from being used with specific categories of merchants.
  • Threshold Amount: Set a dollar limit for transactions made on your card.

A: To order a new debit card, please visit your local banking center.

Q: What should I do if my card is lost, stolen or I suspect fraudulent debit card transactions?
A: During business hours, please call our Client Services and Solutions team at 877.877.0397, or send us a secure message through Online Banking. After hours, call 877.877.0397 and select “Option 7” to speak with Client Support. Please note: our after-hours team cannot order debit cards. You will need to call our Client Services and Solutions team during business hours at 877.877.0397 to order your new debit card.
